TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The starting point of the tours is easily accessible by public transport;
The tour is carried out with a minimum of 2 people;
The minimum age to participate in the tours is 7 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult;
Minimum weight 45kg, maximum weight 120kg;
Minimum height of 1.35m;
Activity not recommended for pregnant women;
Activity not recommended for people with physical and/or mental disabilities, or any other type of limitation;
The helmet is mandatory safety equipment;
Confirmation of the tour will be received at the time of booking;
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the tour’s starting time to receive 100% of the amount paid;
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s starting time, the amount paid will not be refunded;
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the tour start time will not be accepted.
Reference times are based on Lisbon local time.
Tours will start on the scheduled date and time. Participants who do not arrive on time will not be refunded the amount of the reservation.
This experience depends on weather conditions. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will be given a different date to take your tour or a full refund.
